By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product, which is subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price. Our dispatch times depend on stock levels and may be delayed by postal issues or force majeure events. We do not take responsibility for such delays.
To place an order, you must possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. We reserve the right to refuse any order request at our discretion. By placing an order, you confirm that all the details provided are true and accurate, that you are the authorized user of the credit or debit card used, and that you have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
- Order Acknowledgement:
Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming the receipt of your order. This email serves only as an acknowledgment and does not constitute a purchase contract. We will create a purchase contract only when we ship the goods to the shipping address you provided. Once the courier collects your order, we will send you a full order confirmation. - Payment Authorization:
Upon receiving your order, we will carry out a standard authorization check on your payment to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. We charge your card once we confirm the authorization. We treat the authorized funds as a deposit toward the value of the goods you intend to purchase. - Payment Method:
All payments must be made to the Toly Food Services Sdn. Bhd. bank account.
- Points and rewards are available only to registered customers.
- Members will earn 1 point for every RM20 spent (excluding shipping fees, discounts, and promotions).
- Each point is equivalent to RM1, which can be used as a discount on future purchases.
- All points you earned will last for 12 months, after which they will expire.
- Points are earned exclusively through the purchase of tolyfoodssb.com.my.
- Points may take up to 14 days to appear in your account and online portal after a purchase is made.
- Membership points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, products, free gift, or any other items.
- We reserve the right to decline any request for points to be issued after a transaction has been completed
- Please note that point calculation may vary from time to time, such as during promotional periods or special events (e.g., birthday month, double points campaign, festive offers). We will announce these special point rates in advance through our website, email newsletters, or social media platforms.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the loyalty program, including point values and redemption rates, at any time without prior notice.
- Each customer is allowed to register only one membership account. Points and benefits are non-transferable and cannot be merged between accounts, even if registered under the same name or phone number. To maintain fairness and prevent misuse, we do not support account merging under any circumstances. Customers are advised to use a single, consistent email address when making purchases and collecting points.
- Coupons are available only to registered customers.
- Coupons are valid for purchases made exclusively on tolyfoodssb.com.my.
- Each coupon is valid for a single transaction only.
- The coupon code must be entered at the checkout or cart page to apply the discount.
- Coupons are valid for 60 days from the redemption date. No extensions will be granted after the expiration period.
- Customers are responsible for checking the expiration date of any coupon they wish to redeem.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order if a customer’s purchasing behaviour appears suspicious or potentially fraudulent.
